Perfect high-bar squat with the bar down low.
Hi,
Just wondering if my feet are too close together? I used to use a far more wider stance a few years back but I realized my stance is a lot more closer than many years ago. Also wondering if my back angle on my squat depth, tempo, bar path okay, please critique my form. I wanted to add I notice after every heavy squat session now I get chronic inflammation / tenderness kind of feeling on my left outer ankle area, just wondering if anyone else experiences pain there? I know knee pain seems to be common but not ankle.
