Squat Form Check
Hi,
Last week Mark commented my squat was actually a high bar squat but with the bar position low, I took a deload week to try work on my form and correct my squat, I think my squat is corrected but would like a second opinion.
I will post two videos of my original low bar squat technique and me attempting to a more leaned over low bar squat.
Original
275 x 3 High Bar Squat / Bar Position Low
Corrected
275 x 3 Low Bar Squat
Thanks,
Ronald

Hey Ronald
These look a bit better. Your eye gaze is better, and you have a some semblance of lean and a little hip drive.
Lean over more and send your hips back to the wall behind you. You'll be able to stay midfoot, and the knees won't punch forward in the bottom. Then keep your eyes locked on your spot 3-4 ft out, keep your chest pointed at the ground longer, and imagine the bar is across your low back as you drive your hips up out of the hole.
Keep working on it.
