    Default Squat Check

    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    I just switched to low bar squating after after reading the book. I'm not sure if I am doing it correctly because it appears the bar is too far over the middle of the foot. Would appreciate any advice

    The right-hand side of the bar has rotated forward. That's why it looks that way, and because of this:

    So as the weight becomes heavier the bar will start to be more over the mid foot? Other than that, everything else is solid?
