Pin Press, Strict vs Getting Under
Hi,
When doing pin presses, is it more useful to do them with an upright torso, or by trying to get your body under the bar?

Assuming that either of these can be done for 5, which would you rather have someone do?

If you are doing partial presses out of the rack, you are going to have to use your body the same way you do in a heavy press if the exercise is to be done with enough weight to make it useful.
