    Knees sliding forward at the bottom, standard deal. Bend over more, reach back with your butt, knees out at the bottom.

    All the stuff Rip said still applies but I will say this: At least you got your depth mostly sorted out and are no longer 6 inches below parallel. Now sit your butt back, lean over, and drive your hips.
