I'm back at it after (hopefully) figuring out a recurring injury. How are these looking? I've focused on staying leaned over longer and it feels better than what I was doing. I'm pretty sure the bar path is too far forward and I need to sit back more. Correct? What else can I improve? Thanks in advance.

    Welcome back Carter!

You need to get your knees forward sooner. See how much they're sliding forward in the bottom half of the descent? It's because you're not getting them to where they need to be early enough. Hips and knees break at the same time, and your knees should be set by the time you're roughly half way down.

Got it, makes sense. Thought they were too far forward at the bottom but totally missed the reason. Thanks much.
