Been having some lower back pain, due to some form issues. So I posted other form checks, and the main advice was to get the bar position lower, shove my knees out more and tighten my back to prevent rounding that was probably the cause of my lower back pain. I deloaded by a lot and tried to focus on those three things, and my back felt a lot better right after squatting. I can’t seem to get the right grip though due to my shoulder mobility though, my wrists are still bent and my elbows high
