    I would really apreciate if I could have some critique on my form on the squats

    This is the last set of a 85% X 4

    I am still very unsure of the bar placement on my back, thats why I spend a bit before I unrack the bar.
    I have some concerns with depth, it feels deep enough but looking at the vid I am always not sure

    Hey Hannko

    Turn your toes out a few degrees for the stance.
    Get your eyes on the floor about 1.5 meters away from you and keep them there.
    Lean over and get your nipples pointed toward the ground as you begin.
    Shove your knees out harder throughout the movement.
    Keep your chest pointed toward the ground and drive up with your hips. Like you have the bar across your low back.

    Work on those things and you should be ok.

    Thanks a lot for the advice! Will keep them in mind next time i squat
