    Hello, first post here.
    29yrs/M/5’9/185lbs. Been squatting for about 2 months using SSLP. Begin weight with squat 175, now this video is 2nd set of 265lbsx5. Feeling more and more difficult to get out of hole. Feeling like I have to lift my chest up more to get weight out of hole. I don’t feel the sitting back part that is talked about. I feel the weight is pushing me straight down rather than sitting back. Not sure if this will create a link or if you have to copy and paste it in YouTube. Sorry if it doesn’t work correctly.

    I see nothing wrong with these squats. As you lift heavier weights, it will be harder. Make sure your incremental increases are appropriate.
