Hello. I have this problem where only my right knee caves in during the squat (look at the video).
I deloaded back to 1 plate and the issue(?) remains. I've done some research and started doing some glute activation exercises, streching the adductor and mentally focusing on pushing my knees out during the squat. Been doing this for a few weeks now knowing your stance on streching and all this other crap I mentioned, but I got quite desperate to fix this issue and start adding actually challenging weight to the bar. Well, it doesn't seem to improve anything thus far.

I also watched Candito's video on the matter and he says that in some situations this is not necessarily a problem. I also got approached by a lifter in my gym who told me I'll destroy my knee squatting like this. I came here to get your guys' opinion on this and potentially a way to combat this issue if you think it is one at all.
    Thanks.
