Default Deady form - keeping adding weight or deload?

At 125kg for deadlift. I try to follow the main cues (bar over midfoot, bend at waist to grip, bend knees until shins touch bar, engage lats -shoulder blades to back pocket, deep breath, engage abs, push of ground) but the form doesn't look too pretty to me. So should I keep adding or remove some weight (current weight feels challenging but not super tough)?

    Thanks.

You got steps 1-3 and then left off the most important step -#4 - before starting the pull and leave your back unset. Can't see enough about your stance, grip width, knee position from this video, but you definitely need to do something about your marshmallow-like back.
