    So previously I had an issue where I was bending my wrist too much.

    Hopefully this set looks a lot better overall YouTube

    Thoughts?

    Wrists look fine, to answer your question. But are you trying to do a strict press, or a press with hip bounce? There is hip movement, but no bounce. There's actually a pause where there should be a bounce.

    Thanks for the response.

    I am trying to get the hip bounce and evidently failing... That's why posting these videos are great as it helps pinpoint issues.

    It look me quite a while to sort out my wrists, but will now look to sort out the bounce.
