Looks to my untrained eye that you're jumping a little late. If the jump position is about mid-thigh, it looks like you're initiating your jump closer to your hip crease.
I've been told that i slow down/pause right before it pops off my lap. 235 felt pretty janky today, this was my third set.

Barbell is off your shins. Drag it up your shins and thighs. Keep your hips high and the barbell on your skin.
A bit of arm bend too. Long straight arms! Show off your triceps. As long as you are going up, the arms need to be straight.
