Default Squat Form Check - Good morning fix

Training has been going well since starting linear progression however since getting past 90+ kg on the squat towards the end of my working sets I seem to be going into a good morning squat.

Both videos below are my last working sets

    92.5kg
    YouTube
    95kg
    YouTube

Apologies for the angle in one of the videos as I was sharing the rack.

Are my hips rising first out of the hole causing the issue? I would like to know what I need to work on so I can keep adding weight to the bar having fixed the form.

    Any help is appreciated

    Guy

Hi! Not an SSC, but maybe can help: I think you are looking forward, try looking down. The mirror probably doesn't help.

    Regards!

You are dive bombing. Control your descent and stay tight.

    Hey Guy
Turn your toes out more so you can shove your knees out to the sides as you start. Lean over more at the start and stay tighter in the descent so you're not overshooting depth and getting loose in the bottom.
