I see nothing wrong with this squat.
Hi guys,
I've been having this same problem on my squat for as long as I can remember and I can't seem to fix it myself. Everything else in my form has slowly been getting better, but this. I instinctively want to look at my feet while squatting. If I look in front of me just a lil bit, my back angle stays vertical and my hamstrings end up relaxing distally. Same if I just tuck my chin and not crane my neck. So I know what I'm doing wrong, but I don't know how to fix it. Whenever I tighten my upper back, my neck invariably cranes forward, and it gets worse as I look down. Anyone here have the same problem, now or in the past, and can help out?
Much obliged

PS: I've reread this article just now Identifying and Correcting Thoracic Spinal Flexion in the Squat | Bill Hannon , so I haven't been able to try the "superman chest" cue yet. Anyone here have any experience with it?
