Couple things, "big chest" and have her bring the elbows down. Her wrists are also going into extension, might cause pain as she progresses. This should be corrected during the set-up.
During the movement, she is not breaking knees and hip simultaneously. She is setting her knees and moving her hips back, just not back far enough. She needs to get her hips back and "nipples pointed at the floor." This is leading to some knee slide and back angle changes.
Lastly, try five sets of 3.
