Squat 245lbs Form Check
Height: 6'2
Weight: 196
Been working on my novice progression and thought I would post my final set of 245lbs. Ive gained roughly 20lbs so far and am hoping to gain another 25 more. I tried my best to stay clear of the squat rack and at the 45 degrees, hopefully it can be used to critique my set.
From my own perspective I've struggled with finding parallel and squatting too deep. I think i did a better job this set but more trained eyes may beg to differ. Any input is appreciated!

Get that gaze point fixed on the floor and don’t look up. Don’t lead with your chest.
These need to be a little more slow and controlled. Just a little Otherwise, these were light for you as they moved very fast.
