How's it going guys, was messing around with singles the other day, first time i've squatted this weight is there anything major I should be working on?

A challenging set of 5 would be more helpful. In the meantime, widen your stance so your heels are under your shoulders and turn your toes out about 30 degrees.
Thanks guys yes it was a max effort single, I figured that's my form at its worst lol, but I will record my next set of 5 see if that's any better
Really weird thing is, I used to squat with a wider stance but it wrecks my hips when weights get heavy, not sure if that's a flexbility thing
I have what looks like the same rack. Would never trust It with 170 kg.
