    Default 5th set of 365x4 high-bar squat

    Hello everyone,

    This was the 5th set of 365x4 for me, so a good bit of fatigue was kicking in.

    I was wondering how my form looked. In regards to that, I'm particular curious about my knee travel. Do you guys think the knee travel is too excessive?

    yes, I think your knees go too far forward, even for high bar squats.

    IMHO, your biggest issue is that they all look a bit high, especially the first two reps.

    Please don't post squats that aren't to depth. Turn your toes out, drive the knees out and get the hip crease below the top of the knee.
