6 weeks ago in a moment of ego I jumped to fast to 315 for 3x5. Strained my lower back by knees collapsing in and good morning it.
Feels almost better now and would really appreciate any feedback.
Ps I still have minor satorious ASIS attachment pain ( at least that’s the area ) so feedback around that would be helpful as well.

And if at all possible, get away from that mirror. Cover it with a sheet if you have to.
Thought it was right at parallel when I did them but it's not. Guess that's the first fix! Thanks!
