The woman is making absolutely no attempt to extend her low back. How about we worry about that first?
My wife is deadlifting 265 lb x 5 or her LP, and misses her 5th rep.
Notice that weird pop as she tries to lock out? What’s the best way to address it? Is it a loss of extension in the upper back?

Is there a useful cue besides stick your butt out and get your chest up?
Still not good extension
Hey Clyde
She's setting up too close to the bar. See much higher her hips are than her shoulders? Back her up a little. You may also have to widen her stance a little if her stomach is mashing up against her thighs to the point where she just refuses to get in the right position. Widen the stance and make sure the toes are turned out about 20ish degrees. Then go over and tell her to point her chest at the wall as you pat her back from top to bottom as a tactile cue to get everything flat. You have to put hands on people in this situation, especially if they're a hard case. If you still can't get her to learn how to flatten her back, there's a video on our youtube channel that Nick D. did about how to address this from the rack.
Good luck!
