Separate steps 4 and 5. Set the back without dropping the hips are allowing the bar to move, make sure you're on midfoot, then break the bar off the ground. You're rocking back, dropping your hips and pulling from your heels all in one motion. If your abs are getting in the way, turn your toes out a bit more and see if that, along with a little wider stance, may help you to get in position.
But you have to separate the steps to be able to pull the bar straight off the ground.
