These aren't too bad. Get your wrists straight and elbows in front of the bar and try and keep them there longer on the way up, rather than letting your elbows flare right at the beginning. Work on stabbing your hips forward rather than just leaning back. Practice making the bar bounce with your hips. Nick's video should be helpful:

Also, try and minimize the time you're spending at the rack and lockout position. Take a big deep breath, get tight and press. Also, once you've shrugged the bar up, you're done and can bring it back down.
