Looks like your rack position it too low and wrists are bent. Can’t see your stance,you need to read the sticky about posting videos.
Shoulder width, feet out 30, shove your knees out hard.
First session since surgery, just checking in on technique.
My biggest issue was upper back extension, I think I nailed it this time hopefully.

You need to fix your grip and make sure the bar is in the right position.
Reach your butt back as you reach the bottom. You're getting forward of your midfoot.
