Yes sir. I'm in the process of reviewing it. It was still in second edition when I last read it cover to cover.

    Hey Dsol.
Check out the sticky at the top of the forum about filming angles for form checks.

    Please get some lifting shoes.
You're not leaning over at all so these are more like high bar squat mechanics with the bar lower on your back. Point you nipples at the ground, send your ass back, and drive up with the hips. I would go over to the youtube channel and check out a few of the squat tutorials too. Also, you can cut the depth off. Just need to be about an inch below parallel.
    Please get some lifting shoes.

Thanks Pete. I'll check back in once I've made those corrections.

You're welcome. And make sure you focus on the squat chapter in the 3rd. edition. Good luck.

    -Adequate levels of shame felt.

Following advice from Coach Rip and Coach Troupes I've done the following to fix my squat.
    -Reread SS
    -Bought lifting shoes
    -Worked on lowering back angle
    -Cutting off depth

Please let me know if my squat is moving in the right direction. Also is that crackling sound coming from my knee's okay? There's no pain associated with it. Thank you both again for your time and dedication to teaching.

    Set one - Rear Quarter

    Set two - Fount Quarter

    Set three - Side

    1) Wrists need to be straight, not bent back. Get them over the bar more.
    2) Lean over MORE. Sit BACK.
    3) Get tighter. Big breath at the top. Tight bounce out of the bottom. We should be able to hear you breathe on the video
