    Hi I would really appreciate a form check to make sure Im doing these squats, press and deadlifts correct. Back, bar path, depth....

    6.2" tall. long legs
    198 lbs BW
    40 years old

    Last workout:

    Squats 3 x 5 reps. 207,2 lbs
    Press 3 x 5 reps 101,4 lbs
    Deadlift 1 x 5 reps 273,3 lbs

    hi, not a coach, just a fellow lifter
    and might as well point out:
    - you should read the sticky note about posting in this group.
    - coaches appreciate it just sending in 1 video of a lift. and not 3 lifts in 1 post.

    in your deadlift (first rep) you're moving the bar forward before lifting it. Your pushing the bar forward, and I think that is because you dropped your hips (and you did this because your were thinking proud chest, but then dropped the hips).

    then the bar comes to the floor and now you're pulling the bar back to your shins. The bar should go up and down in its own place.
    I also think you're not bracing your back properly. That should be a lot more straight.


    Squat:
    Can't see it clear, but I'm thinking your stance is a bit too wide.
    Heels should be under your armpits.
