Heres a fairly tough set of 5, should I retake the video without the safety's in place?

Someone told me I'm letting my chest "drop" too much but people say a lot of things at this gym so I try not to take their advice

Your knees are sliding and you are an inch or two too deep. Cut depth and reach back with your ass at the bottom.

These moved very fast for "a fairly tough set."

Thanks satch, I will try to correct the depth and knee slide

Yea to be honest every time I feel like a rep/set is tough, people tell me it looked fairly easy it's just doesn't feel that way haha

You can safely rule out anything "people say" at the gym as good advice. You can also rule out your feelings as far as barbell training goes. Yes, main issue is depth. Probably 4 inches too low.

    Thanks Ryan,

There's one guy who keeps telling me I should be doing more bodyweight exercises like muscle ups 😂, I just let him talk and watch him never get stronger

OK cool ill try cutting depth a bit, probably make it easier to squat more weight too

Haha I detect a hint of sarcasm here

I don't wear it all the time just don't have any stretchy shirts right now

Quite the opposite - I applaud your commitment to training. I don’t have the balls to wear a singlet in the gym.

Yeah they aren't the most flattering if you are somewhat podgy like me 😂, I just decided I give zero fucks what anyone thinks
