    Hi guys,

Just a form check on the deadlift to make sure I'm still good to keep adding weight to the bar. I hit 360x5 today and have been adding 5 pounds each workout (3x per week) without any issues so far. I believe I started this go at LP at 290 5 weeks ago. I'm following the plan from coach Reynolds in his MED article as well as coach Santana's recent deadlift article as far as progression goes. I've been trying not to yank the bar as much and have been using the cues "belly to thighs, heavy hands, pull" which has seemed to work pretty well for me. I was wondering if I should keep adding weight each workout before adding in a light deadlift day on Wednesdays. I already added in a light squat day to address some form issues with that lift (knee cave causing a hip shift on the ascent). Anyway, here's today's workset: YouTube
