feeling frustrated with my low bar form. i want to progress, but i need help.
hello guys. so im really concerned about my low bar squatting and need help. i feel weird doing it.

i feel that im doing it weirdly with new technique. i feel like my stance might be off. im just pushing my knees out more this time.
if i remember correctly, i just put my heels under shoulder width apart or a bit outside shoulder width apart now.
advice?

I don’t know what you’re so concerned about, but you do need to get deeper. Other than that, this looks like a good squat. Next time you post a video make sure that the crease of your hip is just below the top of the patella.
Eat more, get a real squat shoe, do your 5x3s, profit.
