Thank you very much for your time checking these videos for my squat form. I currently weigh 173 at 6'0... trying gain weight!

    Monday sept 30 3rd set at 235

Wed oct 2, 3rd set at 240... only finished 4reps

Issues: When I am in the lift, (1) it feels like I am basically doing a goodmorning squat when I try to hit depth (I have long femurs and a short torso). Is this the case or just my body type? (2) I started developing wicked elbow pain. My grip seems narrow to me, but am I pulling up my elbows at any point to cause this? (3) I strained my inner adductor 4 years ago playing basketball and it's been uncomfortable since. When I'm squatting, it feels like it might explode (I foam roll it during my warmups). I need a wider stance, because of my body type, but it seems a wide stance aggravates the adductor. Thoughts?

    Thanks!
    Gabriel

    Are you going deep enough?

Are your knees staying jammed out?

What might you do to correct those?
