Squat form (WARNING: you'll be watching a man squatting in his undies)

Hi everyone.

I realize that from the side may not be the optimal angle from which to film a squat technique video, but I would be grateful for any pointers based on what can be seen.

I have sent Brent Carter many form check videos of me squatting in my underwear, but never without squat shoes. This is just wrong.

You need to bend over more and make sure the bar is in the right position on your back. These are quite light for you.
