Hi guys, new lifter working on my NLP.

I'm 31, 260 pounds, 5'9. I've been on the LP for 3 weeks now, and thought I would get my form checked. I think it looks pretty good, maybe I could be a bit tighter overall?

What do you guys think? Depth and bar position seem fine to me?

New squat video after rereading the chapter. Third set at 245. I feel like I have improved a lot over the first one, but I find I am good morning at the end of the set. Any tips?

    Check your depth

    Slow your descent

Pay attention to your knees as you come out of the hole

I watched the newest video... it looks like the bar path isnt linear. ) it looks like that on every rep. It could be that you're not sitting far enough back into the hips or maybe the bar is too high on your back, but either way the bar is coming forward of mid foot out of the hole. The wrists should be locked not in extension imo.

    In the latest video:

Your hands are not holding the bar. You just have your palms on the bar.
Your elbows move up one descending, making the bar roll up your back. You see that from the spinning of the weights.
