Not too shabby. Bend over more at the start and get your ass back further. You’re a little too upright.
Time to get some squat shoes and eat more if you want to make the most of your NLP
hello! i think i’m finally going in the right direction.
YouTube
a few things that i remember now that happened,
it feels heavy in my body when before starting the set and form is extremely mental. the break at the knee and hips at the same time, push hips back, hip-drive and probably other stuff (i don’t think or remember leaning forward during a rep and i didn’t push knees out) feels like it will take time to get used to it.
do you guys see any knee slide? tbh i feel the squatting a bit weird.
how does it look? do you get use to the form fast?

What Soule said about leaning over more and sooner.
Next time you post a check, film from higher up and the rear 45 angle. I'd want to see where the bar is across your back. At the start, get your chest up to get the upper back tighter.
I think you should weigh yourself again. Nobody is 6'2" at 151. Tall women are bigger than this.
Believe it Rip.
20 years ago I was even skinnier at 6’1” 130#...
Are you consciously working on taking in more calories as you train? Are you tracking what you eat?
