    Hello everyone,

i ended up in this group after a chat with SS via instagram.
i am almost at the end of the SS book.
and i had an issue with my shoulder :
when i raise my hand parallel to the ground and try to do circular motion it hurts soo much that i had to stop for 2 weeks.
the most of the pain was when i am trying to force a narrower grip on the squat.
i am convinced that i am doing too much error.
i started again today, pain didn't disappear completely.
i couldn't get a narrow grip on squat.
here are some video's named by numbers in order to get a better comments, since in some video's i try to place the bar low on the back but don't know if it is too low, and in other video's i place it a little higher.
the question is should i rest a little more till pain go away?
or can i still train with wider grip as long as pain in manageable?
    i posted also 3 DL video's.

Its tough to diagnose shoulder pain over the internet, but in general, yes just use a wider grip for now if it doesn't hurt
