295x5x3 Squat Form Check
I recently got back into lifting after football season. I have been having problems with going too deep into my squat. All the other sets were fine but this last one, in which I went too deep. How can I fix this? Also, I can't really establish a good bounce off my hamstrings in any if my sets. What should I do?

Hey Jack, you may be overthinking things a bit. These are not "too deep." Rep #3 may have been a bit deep but the others are well within the range of "just below parallel" squats. The bounce also seems sufficient. What I think you can do is to try to control the descent a little more. Lower at the same speed the whole way down until the bottom when you drive the hips up explosively(the bounce). They just look a little choppy. Try to make them smoother. Overall good looking Squats.
