Deadlift Form Check
I'm noticing my deadlift form is degrading, but I'm not sure why. About 6 months ago I finally purchased a belt, and managed to add 30 lb to my 1RM, but I'm also wondering if it's letting my form get sloppy. Previously I had a very flat back when DLing, but I'm noticing it's starting to try to round out a bit.

It doesn't look like you're making any attempt to set the back. You touch your shins to the bar and just start pulling, skipping Step 4™.
Loosen the belt one hole and see if that doesn't help. Then actively work on getting the chest up and the back flat before you pull each rep.
