I think I may have it. Today I actually felt my adductors during the ascent. There were still reps in my warm ups that I know my hips went back.

I deloaded to 225. In 4 years I don't think I've ever kept my knees out correctly, so working my way back up will let me get the motor pattern down. Reps 2-4 felt and look the best to my eye.

    Hey Kyle
Yes, these look better. I'm not a fan of the cranked-up elbows still, but the hips/bar path looks better.

Are your elbows pissed off after you squat?

I suggest squatting in shorter shorts. Basketball shorts that go below the knee have a tendency to grab on to knee sleeves and tighten up, messing with your proprioception.

I have always had cranked elbows, and I am thinking about not cranking them every set. They get a little tender on squat days but never to the point of affecting any of my other lifts. Something that needs fixin' but has been far down my list.
