Quick Squat Check
Hello, I'm 19, 5'9" and around 156lbs, need some critique on the squat form. In the video I'm squatting 115kg / 253 lbs, last set for 5 reps. There are some obvious things I can see like I should look down and I seem to fall backwards a little when I drive from the bottom. If it isn't clear I also squat in regular running shoes. Anything else that I should try to fix?
