    Hello to the community.
I am trying to find my way with the lifts.
    I am 34 years old, 5' 11" (180cm) height and about 170lbs (77kg) bodyweight

Can you give me some feedback for my squat?
I constantly try to correct myself while lifting, and i never feel sure about having correct technique.
Is there something i am way off?
What are the primary things to improve?
I should note that i have very restricted mobility.
    I appreciate your time!

Ella re, Dimitri. These are 4-5cm too high. Read the sticky at the top if you haven't already and check out the squat section. Also, lighter clothing is helpful.
Bring the stance in about a cm on either side and get your knees out harder. Please don't post squats that are high though.

I had ONE thing to do right.
I apologise for the high squat, i really wasn't sure about it.
Ok, i ll try with a bit narrower stance and knees out harder next time.

    Oh, easy choice then.
You leave everything there, and you come in Thessaloniki to open a starting strength gym. Hahaha

If I can find a gym there that would host, I would schedule a training camp in Thessaloniki. It would have to all be in English though.

    That's a nice idea.
I only know a barbell training center in Katerini, it's Olympic weightlifting.

Not sure about Thessaloniki, but i can ask.
I also have a friend who is manager at a gym there.

If you come in Thessaloniki I'll come too from Athens, Pete.
I think the best bet for a gym to host it, would be a crossfit gym, in terms of equipment at least.

I am at 162 lbs in my squat. 😒
I thing i reached the right depth.
Am i on the right path to continue?
    What needs improvement?

(Yes, that sound in the 1st rep is my knee. I ve always had it, should i worry?
They told me it's normal, it doesn't hurt)

I apologise for my cousin's voice, he is trolling me with false counting
