My wife’s squat form check please. Some localized soreness on her right posterior hip area. Possibly external rotators. Has had radicular symptoms on the same side and area in the past with no bulging or herniation upon MRI. I had her turn her feet out more in this video than before and recommended really pushing the knees out. She said this felt good. Just would love some feedback as she is concerned with progressing weight wise and getting hurt. Her usual work sets are at 130 currently but pain kept her in the 95 lb range for this workout. She’s almost there on using the “big plate” on each side!
Pete, if you see this, she is coming with me to the Orlando camp in Jan. I made it official today when I gave her the receipt as a stocking stuffer!
