    Default Squat Form Check Please

Would anyone be so kind enough to review my squat form? Unfortunately it is starting to plateau a little bit as I cannot add 5 lbs every time and have had to repeat some weights a few times, but itís a constant grind getting every rep. Same thing with bench and OHP. I have the books btw but have not had time to read completely because I just got them. My bench and OHP have been stuck at 155 3 x 5 and 115 3 x 5 for about 2-3 workouts. Do I keep repeating or should I deload all lifts about 10%?

Itís the depth isnít it...It felt too heavy to go any deeper and I was supposed to add 5 lbs from the previous day, which just made the depth issue worse. What should I have done in this case instead?

    you're up kinda high there,
had you been videoing all your previous work sets?
those didn't just sneak up at 305,
drop 30# and post a work set below parallel,
there's other stuff going on you may need to correct,
    at full ROM

I was actually supposed to do 315 lbs for 3 x 5 but could only manage to get 4, 3, and 3 reps so I added in one set of five for 305 so that was after the 315 for 4,3,3.

    it's very the depth,
I wasn't talking about the weight on your back.

I have found this forum to be a tremendous resource in my short time here. I also signed up for a squat and deadlift camp next month. Very affordable for the value it will provide IMO.

However, they arenít gonna spoon feed ya. Dig into the link Rip provided, and use the search function to evaluate proper depth. I think itíll be pretty clear to you what proper depth looks like at that point. Also will help you understand the program better and how to handle sticking points. I think that article is called 3 questions...

And just so you'll know, I should have deleted this thread. Next time a squat like this is posted, I will.
