    Hey Mark
    It's customary to write a little something about yourself so we have some context. Age, weight, height, time spent training, what you've been working on, favorite color, where you stand on the DH rule in baseball, etc.

    Narrow your stance a bit so your heels are under your shoulders so you can get your knees out and keep them out. Keeping the knees out as you ascend will help make sure they don't shoot straight back right away, causing the back to go more horizontal.
    Don't cut these off any higher than this. Depth is right there.
    Where lighter colors so we can see things more clearly. The gym lighting is awful, so it will help.
    Purchase some lifting shoes if you have the means.
    Gain 50 pounds.
    Put more weight on the bar.
