    Default Deadlift Form Check

    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    Any tips would be much appreciated. Last working set of 5 at 365 lbs. Sense of RPE was an 8 for me.

    Updated - Read this before posting. Even if you've been here forever.

    And once again, proof that RPE is complete bullshit. Unless 8 means you could have done 8 more reps.

    So in your opinion this weight for my last working set was too light for a proper form critique? Just want to make sure I understand the issue before reposting. Thanks!

    Yes. I will repost my last working set at my “tired worst” as directed in the sticky.

    I had read the sticky before posting and was trying to post a video that reflected the direction provided. My prior post was meant to confirm that the video that I posted did not reflect the adequate intensity necessary for feedback.
