    Hi all
    I've been running the novice LP since mid Oct and my lifts are progressing well but the OHP is giving me trouble.

    My OHP started around 70lb and is now up to 94lb. Body weight is currently 220lb. I'm struggling to coordinate the hip thrust, get under the bar and find a good bar path. Also the bar doesn't rest on the front of my shoulders so where should the floating bar sit? Should it touch the throat or float in front?

    I have 2 videos. The first is my first working set at 94lb. The camera is on the floor but my whole body is visible.

    Looks like the same video posted twice.
    You need to get the trunk tight up front and get the low back in a more neutral position. Your timing is off on the bounce. Be more patient and let the bar dip down before you press.
