Starting using a belt to fix my rounded lower back. Thoughts?

    Hey Matt
Congrats on the championship the other night.

I'd like you to set up just a hair further from the bar base on how you're built. A little more shin angle and your shoulders not way out in front of the bar. Rock back and make sure you're on midfoot before you set the back.
You seem to set the back fine for the first rep, but then never set it again after that. Do what you did to get the back flat on the first rep, every rep.
You're also pulling the bar around your knees. Your first move is to rock back and open the hips. We'd prefer you break the bar off the ground with the quads. Think about holding on to the bar and driving the middle of your feet into the floor to get it off the ground. Like you're leg-pressing the ground away.
Please check the deadlift filming guidelines in the sticky for next time.
    Have at it.

Hi Pete. Here is 180lbs for five. I find that I have difficulty maintaining a straight back when completing that last few reps.
