Set the bar down faster. If your shins are being scraped, try to pull them back a little quicker on the way up.

Could someone please have a look at my deadlift?
I think the setup is right, but something seems to be wrong with how I start the lift?
I'm also getting bruised shins, but it's not too bad.

I always struggled with putting the bar down to the right place. Then I found the advice to look down on the mid foot when lowering the bar, which works pretty well but I'm still a little insecure with the lowering process. That's why it's so slow but I will work to speed it up.
