Squat form check - Unsure about depth
Link to video
Hello. I'm trying to clean up my squat form, as I noticed that I used to break hips first in an exaggerated manner and that resulted in 'good morning' squats and my wrists were poorly placed. Either way, the thing that keeps eluding me is depth. Maybe I still have to experiment with a bit wider stance, but when I try to widen it I don't feel as stable. I focus on pushing my knees out, but I can just go as low as the video shows.
I know I'm pausing a bit at the bottom, that is because I'm trying to really go as low as possible, next time I'll try to go down and up in one smooth motion.
So what do you guys think about the depth, is it fine or am I missing too much? Any other weak points that you notice and would like to address?
Thanks a lot in advance!
