Worked on it some more today. Here is 145kg, which is a PR. Think my front foot needs to come further forward.

Yes, short front foot on this one. The bounce needs to be sharper than this.

You obviously know more than I do about this. You write the book.

    Hi,

first of all, I would like to sat that your clean is really a joy to watch, and the whole lift is very motivating.
I would also like to ask a question to Rip; three videos, three slightly different techniques, and for three times the lock overhead seems (imho) to be a bit too far back. Or, in other words, for three times it looks as if our friend is about to lose the bar behind.
What do you think is the reason for this, and how would you correct it (Assuming there is anything to correct at all)?

    Many thanks,

    IPB

Looks to be in balance to me. Soft elbows on the last one, but in balance, bar directly over the glenoid.

    Hey Rip,

Do you think trying to "jump" with the bar on your shoulders is a good cue for the jerk (similar to the one described in SSBBT for the power clean) or is there some reason to avoid this?
