That wrist flexion will cause some thoracic flexion as the weight gets heavier. You’re better off with a more neutral wrist or even a bit of extension.

And narrow your stance so you can keep your knees out. See how your knees collapse in and your torso goes more horizontal as you ascend? The two are related. Get the heels under the shoulders and keep the knees out on the way out of the hole.
