    Default Squat form check please

    Would like some advice on my form for my squat. I notice the bar travels forward slightly on descent, and when I hit the hole and come out I notice the path moves forward also.

    Because you're trying to stay too upright in the descent. Your back angle on the way down should look closer to the way it looks coming out of the hole.
    Lean over and reach your hips back as soon say you start the squat, and you'll have a better time staying midfoot.

    YouTube - 135 Warmup set

    The 135 warmup set looks like my low back is rounding, in my working set the path looks slightly better. I also moved the camera back further and lowered it for a better shot. Still feel like this squat form is a never ending battle with me. Kinda getting a little bummed by it cause I feel like for once I can push past 200 but I don't want to till i get this form situated.
